continuing
the
series of walks from the Pacific Ocean to Sparks;
a slight detour,
actually,
starting at the
Huffaker
Hills
Trailhead,
and
then
proceeding
down
the
sun-
warmed
south
slopes,
contouring
around
towards
East
McCarran
Boulevard --
the
last
stroll
here
of
the season.
Beyond,
a little exploration on East Greg Street,
to its intersection with I-80, which will probably be the end of this long footpath, next year.
Return,
up Truckee River and
Donner Canyon,
back down to Auburn,
Sacramento, and beyond,
